Beginning as a qualified electrical engineer, Neil has over 30 years’ experience in the Global Energy Market, with his roles having been either as the Chief Executive Officer or the Managing Director for both private and public sector companies with operations domestically and internationally which include green field developments in remote regions.

Neil’s success emanates from his ability to select and develop people to achieve their full potential in a culturally aligned environment, as well as his ability to establish strong business relationships at the highest level with a diverse range of national and international clients.

Kevin remains a specialist in the energy sector with over 1GW of projects developed around the world.

On completion of his Bachelor of Engineering he received first-class honours in electrical engineering plus an outstanding mark from Swiss University Exchange.

Having spent 4 years in the energy industry, Rhys has an elevated capability and interest in the technical aspects of electrical engineering, with a focus on the renewable sector. He can apply himself in all areas covering design, project management, process improvement, HSE and document control.

Rhys thrives on delivering robust results through the integration of established and emerging technologies within an infrastructure bedrock.

A skilled Senior Marketing Leader with over 15 years' experience, Daniel's background is truly diverse.

Graduating with high-distinction from Curtin University - Bentley, Daniel started his career working on on a range of prominent brands in the fast-paced advertising industry.

Daniel's desire to move to 'client-side' marketing along with exposure to property clients in the advertising industry, set the platform for his decade long growth in the property development and real estate industry.

Daniel’s knowledge of property is a strong asset to BT Energy, in particular the application of renewable energy to the residential and commercial sectors. He brings a fresh and contemporary marketing approach to the BT Energy team and is thriving at his opportunity to establish himself in the renewable energy industry, whilst rapidly growing his skills in tender procurement and delivery.

Field Services & Asset Manager

Stewart is highly qualified power station manager, operating through all levels of project installation, commissioning and start-up and operations and maintenance Management with 40 years of experience in the power industry. He has worked locally in Western Australia as well as internationally as an expat.

Stewart’s portfolio of projects includes Kwinana Swift 120MW OCGT power station, WA, Gardabani 110MW power station, Republic of Georgia, and a 160MW Telfer mine site powers station, Mt Keith; to name a few.

Stewart has experience across numerous technologies including GE, Pratt and Whitney and Sulzer; with a depth of experience operating and maintaining diesel fired power plants with Cummins, Caterpillar, GE, MTU, Deutz equipment.

Terence Nichols

Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Manager

Terence has achieved success in corporate management, energy & gas, uranium processing, mining, civil & construction, power & infrastructure. He has identified and implemented organisational opportunities that have increased production, decreased costs and improved the health, safety and well-being of employees.

Terence focuses OHSEQ to improving the bottom line by utilising evidence-based risk identification and analysis to identify opportunities that increase the positive and reduce the negative to an agreed and acceptable level.

He recently completed a social anthropological study into the question of how personnel stay uninjured in the workplace. The study identified theories on the personal approaches and organisational systems that assist employees to remain uninjured in high-risk and hazardous workplaces. The methods used in the research provide organisations with a process for testing the relevance of corporate initiatives where no other methods are available.
